Our return policy for Experience Humans magazines allows customers to return their purchase within 30 days of receipt if the magazine is defective or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact the email at the bottom of the page with your order details and a description of the issue. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions, and a full refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for magazines that are simply unwanted or ordered in error, as all sales are final in these cases.
